How do I ensure my flowers stay fresh for as long as possible?
To maximize longevity, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle upon arrival, place them in a clean vase with room-temperature water, and keep them away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Do you offer same-day delivery for floral arrangements?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday. Please note that availability may vary during peak holidays like Valentine's Day.
Can I customize a bouquet or request specific flowers?
Absolutely. You can contact our floral designers directly through our 'Custom Order' page or leave specific notes in your cart to tailor an arrangement to your preference.
What is your policy if the flowers arrive damaged?
We take great pride in our quality. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo on the website?
While we strive for accuracy, flowers are seasonal products. If a specific bloom is unavailable, our florists will substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value to maintain the aesthetic.
