Please note that due to their delicate nature, fresh floral bouquets are eligible for replacement only if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Process

Contact our customer care team within the eligible timeframe with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Submit clear photographs of the flowers or home decor items to help us assess the condition and quality of the product received.
- 3.Prepare for Collection
For non-perishable home accents, securely repackage the item in its original box to ensure it remains protected during the return transit.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your return is inspected or your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement.
